This 60-minute slow flow class is designed to leave you feeling balanced, strong, and grounded. We’ll move intentionally through a little bit of everything: gentle opening, standing strength, mindful movement, deep stretching, and a restful close.
Expect full-body activation, plenty of breath awareness, and space to soften as you move. Perfect for days when you want to reconnect with your body without rushing, overexerting, or overthinking.
